Scotch Whisky Act

Die Scotch Whisky Regulations 2009, britische Gesetzgebung, die definiert, was rechtlich als Scotch Whisky bezeichnet werden darf. Zu den Anforderungen zählen die Destillation in Schottland, eine Mindestreifung von drei Jahren in Eichenfässern auf schottischem Boden und mindestens 40 % Vol. bei der Abfüllung.
