Ein mehrstöckiges Fassreifelager, das vorwiegend in der Bourbon-Produktion genutzt wird, mit hölzernen Ricks, die Fässer bis zu neun Ebenen hoch stapeln. Temperaturunterschiede zwischen den Stockwerken erzeugen innerhalb desselben Gebäudes dramatisch unterschiedliche Reifeprofile.
