Monkey Shoulder Blended Malt
Verkostungsnotizen
Sweet vanilla and fresh orange zest, honeyed barley malt, warm clove spice, candied lemon peel, and light brown sugar
Smooth, creamy vanilla and ripe berry sweetness coat the palate, gentle warming spice developing, a light malted grain character, and a satisfying balanced richness
Medium finish, pleasantly malty and subtly sweet with honey and light vanilla slowly fading, a gentle warming spice, and a clean Scottish close

Monkey Shoulder is a blended malt Scotch made from three Speyside single malts — Glenfiddich, Balvenie, and Kininvie — all owned by William Grant & Sons. Named after the repetitive strain injury that maltmen once suffered from turning barley by hand, it is designed for cocktails.
