Redbreast 15 is a richer, deeper expression of the classic Irish pot still style, matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks. The extra three years of aging over the 12 Year Old add layers of dried fruit, dark chocolate, and oak complexity to the signature creamy, spicy character.
