À propos

Mars Shinshu is the highest distillery in Japan at 798 meters in the Central Alps of Nagano Prefecture. Originally built in 1985 and relaunched in 2011 after a long silent period, it produces a range of single malts and blends under the Komagatake and Iwai labels. The cool alpine climate creates slow, deliberate maturation.
